Replying to Is this illegal?

Yesterday I was riding up the lift and some boys in front were asking if they wanted to be friends. They were pretty cute so I replied I wanted to be more than friends. No biggie, pretty normal stuff riding the slopes, looking to ride some young "black diamond runs" know what I mean?

Well it turns out they had a chaperone at the bottom of the slopes, same age as me so probably a 20 year age diff. on me and the king homies I was chattering with. So awkward, right? But real question is, this illegal?
