Replying to Best NZ Resort for Park / International Work

USA Ski instructor here looking to work in New Zealand over the summer (NZ winter) and was wondering if any kiwis have any input on which resort I should apply to. I'm looking for someplace with great energy and a good, diverse set of terrain features so I can develop my skillz (just learned straight rails and kinda sw 180s so yeah im a beginner beginner)
My priorities are:
1. Great work culture
2. Terrain park quality
3. Get paid
