Inline translates more directly to skiing but I think skating is steezier. Also seems like doing either can actually help skiing and keep you occupied in the summer.

Some inline cats hit some big fucking shit though. I guess thats the same to some extent with skating but huge gaps to stupidly big dfds that inline kids do is pretty wild.

I’d say skateboarding looks better, also standing sideways all the time probably helps with balance on rails. Either one would be good

Skating for me, so many of my best friends are big skaters and skating street with them really opened up my eyes to it. I love skating as much as skiing at this point, there’s so much you can do with a skateboard and it definitely doesn’t hurt your balance/coordination.

idk man to me aggressive inline looks so much more graceful and creative than skating, with more emphasis on using the environment. board tricks seem to all mush together visually at a certain point or all require purpose-built features.
At the same time I feel like insecure kids will make fun of me for being on inlines instead of a board.
