Air dry em if you're worried. It saves you quarters/power bill, plus you don't gotta worry about shrinking. My $9 clothes rack from Walmart is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I use it every time I do laundry. Dryers are so harsh on clothes
Wash em on cold and you should be chilling, dickies/ low Cotten based clothing doesn’t really shrink much- usually gotta be like at least 50% Cotten for there to be a risk of something shrinking

It can help if you set the cycle on your dryer to delicates. Also a little tip is if you get pants a tiny bit bigger then you typically like then often they shrink to fit perfectly. And if the waist doesnt shrink as much as you expected just slap on a belt
