Roxa ski boots

pretty sure they are just like dalbellos, so would assume dalbello durability is very similar to roxa

Their made in house, so it’s likely they’re of a higher quality than other boots. Having seen some in the flesh, i couldn’t tell any difference

Only thing I’ve ever broken is a cable for the buckle on the toe of the r3 130, easy to get the replacement cables but took a while to break even. Never really have pain or anything either.

I have an R3 130 TI, it’s a great boot. The thing with a lot of 50/50 boots is that they’re either true to their flex, but also heavy (Dalbello Lupo boots) or light, but too soft (Atomic XTD boots). I’ve found the R3 to be as close to a 130 flex as any other 130 boot I’ve owned. It also tours well (as long as you take the tongue off, or use the little hook on it to keep it forward on the boot, so that you don’t have to take it off completely). Honestly, super slept on ski boot brand IMO. Their factory is the same factory that makes Full Tilt too, so they’re not outsourcing to another brands factory.

FT outsourced their production to Roxa, since Roxa had their own factory. I love the R3 because it’s as close as I can get to a Full Tilt Soul shell fit, with tech inserts and a walk mode. As soon as @tomPietrowski and the gang drop Project X, I will never purchase another boot.

My Roxa Element 130s are my favorite boots yet. As far as durability goes I’d say they’re better than average. No super finicky buckles. Only one ankle cable. They keep it simple. I’ve had no issues with the shells. The only issue is that the ankle cable gets a little stretched out and I did have one fail on the first generation boots. And the first gen boots had soles that would crack but they caught the issue and issued a recall for the soles. Since then I’ve had not one problem. The ones I’m on now, I’ve ridden for two seasons and no problems. I’ve had multiple pairs of the Element 130s just because their pro-form deal is too good to pass up. Even though I did snap the cable on the ankle they were very easy to contact. One of the main guys for Roxa on the US side, Matt T., issued me replacements with all the hardware within three days of it snapping. Great boot. Great company

I had a pair of roxa free birds that I’ve beat to piss and now they’re my backup boot. Cables and overall durability are better than full tilts. I wouldn’t hesitate getting another pair of roxas. My buddy has a pair of the green r3s, I think he’s broken a buckle but that’s it
