theabortionatorGore mtn, like gore mtn in NY? Dude dude dude. That's one of my favorite mtns ever. Place is fucking sweet. Awesome layout good snow sick glades. Place is fun.
Park can be ok or "interesting" depending on the year.
Lies on a bluebird late feb day at 10 am as it starts to peel is one of my favorite runs in this world.
Also if you're into rails the north creek train station rail is a classic. Fence at the bottom means you have to come off a little inside but prolly a 40' down rail. It's right next to gore . Havent hit it in like 13 years though. Pretty sure it's still there though.
But yeah gore is sick
BallHooterEvery thing that I've seen online it seems like its a dope place with a fuck ton of glade runs, I might have to check it out.
BallHooterEvery year me and some friends do a week trip to snowshoe, which I love, I think its a great mountain for the price and the park is pretty cool. But we're considering checking out Gore mountain instead this year, how is it? Other cool east coast mountains?
zeke.obliqueLoon, Killington, sugarbush, Stowe, okemo, Sunday River
WoFlowzKilli on a week day in the spring is sweet. Perfectly manicured parks, usually there’s some sort of crew of people lapping them. Zero lines unlike weekends and the rest of the mtn is actually super fun when no ones there and it’s not skied up

DummyBearsI cant verify this but I've been wanting to do this for a couple years however if you go for at least two days its cheaper to just buy the spring season pass which is 249.
NivlacEloopAlright i have some weird suggestions and some not so weird ones.
weird ones first ok: Black and magic mountain NH and VT respectively these places are where skiing has its soul they dont have parks and only a slow ass double to the top but seriously these mountains are so fucking cool. glades steeps and good vibes is what fuels these places (pretty cheap day passes too also both on the indy pass)
Another Indy mountain is Saddleback all the way up in rangeley Maine, some of the steepest steeps in the east and a shit ton of glades. they have a park with its own rope tow for sessioning and wide open groomers for carving or straightlining whatever floats your boat
Of course there is Cannon pretty extensive park gnarly glades and some steep hot lappable runs. Cannon is awesome.
Mount snow has a huge park with multiple trails and its own lift to service it
Then there is the huge stuff like sugarloaf and killington if you want big resort
snowfinderAdding jay peak and mad river to this list
BallHooterMad river? As in the tiny place in Ohio? I’m about an hour away from it been meaning to go. How’s it compare to perfect north? If youve been
WoFlowzYo homie I think he’s talking about mad river glen
KyguyyGore (jore) is one of my all time favorites! Fun challenging terrain, sick parks, and waffles.
izzyhennAre gore parks on the come? I grew up skiing there and I always remember them being super fucking sketchy. Trees at gore slept on tho!
theabortionatorMagic in fact does have a park and one of the guys that built some stuff there is a sugarbusg park groomer/former whiteface park guy. He also built a bunch of the tubes at whiteface. Good dude. And everone at magic seems cool af. I like what they got going and seeing matts posts.
