Every brain cell lost is weight reduction and is actually performance enhancing!! Sometimes it takes blunt force trauma to knock the really sticky ones out of place. Consider getting into bar fights, riding shotgun while your friend ghost rides the whip, or putting out an ad on Craigslist paying strangers to chase you down and throw a sack over your head and kicking the shit out of you. You know, regular everyday things to better yourself!

Short-term benefits: Lowered inhibitions (aka braver), loss of critical judgement (aka sendier), lowered body temperature (aka won't get cold in the snow)

Long-term benefits: Loss of brain cells from liver disease, crippling alcoholism, depression, and sicker ski edits from the short-term benefits
