ReturnToMonkeyEz fix. Epoxy and clamps will be your friend. Maybe use some duck tape to cover that up if you don't mind how it looks. I have that on both ski tips now and they literally don't affect anything at all.

ReturnToMonkeyActually now is an ideal time for that to happen. The first time I did it was a December so it was really cold and my first epoxy job fell out after a day. If you use overnight epoxy and let it sit for 48 hours with clamps, it probably won't fail unless you do mad nose butters or slam it into something again.
