Calling tricks in radians

everybody knows that one complete rotation is a 360, two is a 720, etc.
but have you ever heard someone call a 2π, or a switch cork 3π?
3/2π on 2π swap to switch? triple cork 6π?

Only true skiers call their tricks in radians, dont @ me

back in 8th grade when we were doing trig my friends and me thought we were such crackheads calling tricks in radians. Of course we couldn't even do any tricks

This is hilarious, my buddies who are all engineering students were just talking about this. Imagine announcers commentating comps with radians 😭😭

My HS history teacher was also my track coach so he knew I did freestyle skiing because I'd frequently have new minor injuries unrelated to track

I have a real hard time counting revs for sure! I mess up all the time in my videos. Couldn't tell this from that rotation etc.
Alas, I do know when it's smokin'!

Sadly i’m just not that cool, he learnt i ski when he was my teacher a few years ago and i would ask for the homework because i would miss school for ski races.

I also ride mountain bikes and he made a physics question about me jumping over a pool of sharks with lasers on their heads and we had to find my velocity to make it over the pool. Big W of a teacher in my books

I second this motion and further propose that the k-fed naming conventions be adjusted slightly to conform with the SI unit system:
fed - one fed, front swap to switch
kfed - one kilofed, front swap back 270 out
Mfed - one megafed, front swap back 450 out
Gfed - one gigafed, front swap back 630 out

this is good. Ex: 3/2π fed. concise and precise.

maybe if referring to unnat spins, instead of saying unnat, just say -π. Unnat 3 is -2π.

Idk if you can't do basic calculus off a little green, I don't think you should be an engineer.
There is a lotta stuff I wouldn't touch at all though after a woods.

Ah cool. Nah I don't have a problem doing math while baked, it's more to do with drug testing and sometimes forgetting important steps or going too slow.

I have a lot of friends who do both.
The key is to split your work into things you know you can do if you were under the influence and stuff you need a stone cold sober mindset.
A common example is writing pseudo code while your messed up and turning it into functioning code while your sober.
A lot of the time, I would spend one day consuming whatever I wanted and just writing down the equations I needed per problem, coming back the next day and just solving the problems.
