can someone give me some tips, i can’t get 3s without landing backseat for the life of me

This it rly does help go back to a T set until you have the set perfect again I find myself doing it almost every year

If you’re landing back seat it’s because you’re:

a) not taking off with enough shin pressure

b) not setting the spin with your knees/core enough.

Pop. Hard. You look like you got that part down pretty good tho. Really just focus on that shin pressure

this. just practice straight airs a few times to get the feeling down. my 3s used to look like yours but i did this and it seemed to help

Keep your head level, when you start to look down your body follows. I had the same problem for the longest time. Make it so you’re chin is parallel with the ground and look forward.

I really can’t see anything from this video but for backseat on 3s, the biggest thing is making sure to get forward when you spin.

Make a conscious effort to lean forward when you take off to get your center of axis balanced

Full disclosure I'm horrible.

The thing that kills me is that I try to push to the side to help spin. I spin right so my right foot pushes harder than my left and it throws me off and land backseat.

T sets really help fix the problem, just need to do more of them.

I notice youre up at sundance, one of the park crew is super rad and could you help out a ton... just ask for Colin, but like people said before hand, shin pressure is KEY! I also don't land as backseat when I carve into the jump but that might just be me.
