SuspiciousFishIn a word, no. The foam in your helmet compresses when you have an impact which absorbs the energy instead of it going into your skull. Since you had a hard slam, the foam is already compressed which means your helmet wont protect you anymore. I would contact the manufacturer and tell them what happened and sometimes they can hook you up. They like these kind of stories and its good PR for them.
WoFlowzMaybe I’ll have to tell giro about the time I crack one of their helmets In half and broke my hand. Plus I even ran over my own thumb and needed stitches. I’ll try contacting pret about this crash on the box hopefully it works if not oh well
weastcoastProbably not fully functional but you could probably get by til the end of the year as long as you’re not a dumbass and take falls all the time and especially ones where you hit your head

WoFlowzI’m not a dumbass just have terrible luck. I’ve had one fall hiking where a hit my head and ended up with in hospital and couldn’t walk straight for 3 months. I’ve had my fair share of head injuries. Probably should get a new helmet now that I think about it
