Warranty ski snap ?

Hello People new ya help.

my good friend just bought a new ski.

the Lone Afterbang. It’s was a leftover in a Shop but still new. The owner told him about skateboard building Tex and strong and good. And now after 2 weeks the ski just snap. Didn’t even do hart butters or something.

Should the shop give any warranty? I know it’s a old ski but if the shop still sell it ?

Yes those should be warrentied as the warrenty starts after your friend bought them brand new from the shop.
Unless he drove over them with his car or something stupid.

I belobe the warranty should be also when the Ski it’s already since years in the shop.

from the moment a client buy it the warranty starts I think
