steve0The one that fits best and has the cleanest interface with your goggles. Go to a local shop and try them on. Don't buy one online and risk it not fitting right or having a poor interface with the top of you goggle frame.

when I needed a new park helmet I measured my head, found a cool looking helmet on their site, and ordered what they said would fit me
it was super easy and the helmet fits me perfectly but your mileage may vary with ordering online
try going to a ski shop and seeing what they have! Or you can do what I did if you're confident that you're able to measure yourself properly.
