Need help choosing new skis

Depending on your skill level, the Vishnu Wet's could be a distant option if you see yourself gravitating towards 85% Park, 15% Everything else.

Obviously they're nearly the farthest thing from all mountain, but you can whip them anywhere with the right finesse and approach.

BruceDogFartK2 reckoner is a fun option but for your skill level id recomend waiting until next year when the reckoner 95 comes out. Also its not as soft as people seem to think or say on here, still playful and awesome to skis though

ShantzybearWould it be a decent carving ski as I would ideally use it as a one ski quiver for the time being, I’m willing to sacrifice that in pursuit of fun but I’d ideally like to find a 105 ski that balances as much as possible (can’t have it all)

ShantzybearI definitely see myself being in the park a lot but being much more focused on just hitting rails, doing some basic tricks with a bit of steeze and having fun, I’m just learning for my own personal satisfaction and bc I’ve always wanted to learn some park skiing stuff. I’d like to go 100+ ideally 105 so I’m able to bomb snow days and ski stupid stuff around the mountain without being held back by skinny skis (Currently on 86mm line masterminds) and I really like the wide plus as it’ll be stiff enough to hold its own on the mountain but still fun as a mofo in the park.
K2 reckoner and Icelandic nomad 105s are also right up that alley for me.

SlitherySnakewide plus is gonna have the best graphic out of any of those skis if that means anything to you

BradFiAusNzCoCaIt’s reckoner 92 (not 95) and it’s an entry level ski with cap construction. Don’t get that. Reckoner 102 is good option, same with ARV 106. UFO 105 might be fun too. What’s your price range?

ShantzybearPretty open price range for me, just lookin for a solid wide all mtn ski that’s on the wide park ski rather than the narrow powder/free ride ski of the all mountain spectrum, I don’t want line blend level flex (still wanna carve and hit cliffs) but want to surf and do basic rail tricks on

BradFiAusNzCoCaufo 105, arv 106, prodigy 3.0, line SFB, ON3P Magnus 102 or Jeffrey 108, reckoner 102.

Also, Fauna Skis are doing a production on a 100 underfoot freestyle ski for $600 if you want to be part of something niche/new.

DolansLebensraumJust get volkl revolt 87s or 95s

87s is what i would go with bc of the super fast racing base and good park skis in my exp perform great everywhere on the mtn.

but if you want more width the revolt 95s are great too and also have a great sintered base but not the racing base like on the 87.

But oyster bratwurst rides the 95 in slope competitions and he does just fine

SlitherySnakethere's not anything wrong with going mainstream. they're mainstream for a reason, and it's because they know how to make a quality ski. that being said, I'm buying the new Wide when it drops so take that how you want to...
