Backswaptoswitch or backswap, to switch

Which one y’all taking? Early backswap to switch to where a lil pretz is involved, or more of an overshifty to switch where the backswap is on the last foot of the rail. same rule can be applied for frontswap to forward.

for backswap I think the lateswap looks a little better, but the earlyswap is more fun

Feel like it depends, if the backswap is the only trick in the sequence then I would say early swap with some pretzel. But if it's like a switch 2 on or 2 on then I would say late swap to switch.

For front swaps I'd say just don't do them

front swap to forward is one of the ugliest tricks. especially if you are doing it on the last foot of the rail

I hate when swaps are done at the end of the rail. Thats what you do when learning to do the swaps. So to me it looks like someone cant do swaps properly... But it can be done nicely, but not by many people.

imo I enjoy seeing a hop on early/normal backswap, little bit of pretzel action to switch. I have some respekt for those that intentionally do a super late back swap then keep it to switch. Much more technical than swapping early, cause gotta keep your upper boddy from rotating through. Style/outerwear major key to that trick tho...

depends on the rail. backswaptoswitch looks dope on a rail with a short kink at the end and the rider kinda taps the kink to sw. most other rails early bs looks better

A guy I ski with some times Moose has the best late backswap to switch,. He skis wider skis and does it with a ton of speed so it makes the best sound in the rail and landing. So sick to watch

Yeah I meant that the latest point most people can do good looking backswaps on dfd is from flat to down.
