MinggIt depends on the brand but this is generally what you can expect:
Most skis are around 30-40%
Outerwear is usually a bit more, around 40-50% but you can find stuff upwards of 60-80%, especially accessories
Boots and bindings are on the lower end around 20-30%.
animatorWhat aspect of the industry do you work in? I’m a shop employee and get 50% or more off of almost everything, interested to hear of an industry employee who only gets 20-30%?

MinggI worked at a resort, shop and ski camp lol. I do believe they are all pretty standard regardless of your job - except of course if you know someone or are an athlete then that's different.

MinggYeah if you get stuff through the shop it’s sometimes a deeper discount. If you go through each individual brand and tell them you’re a shop employee, you’re probably getting the same deal as everyone else. It all depends really lol
