Definitely already a thread somewhere but I blew out my roxa’s and bought a new pair of heads to try them out yesterday, and when I was in the shop the guy fitting seemed to understand that I wanted a stiffer boot but kept pointing me towards full tilts because they’re “park specific”. My question is do y’all like stiffer boots for park or loose? I ride a 130 currently
Stiff Tecnica 130s with a bolt taken out of the heel so more like a 120. They do well but it’s really annoying how stiff they are in the cold versus how soft in the heat. I guess that’s any boot though
Raaaaaaaaanch, buy the boot that fits your foot. I ride a 130 regardless of where I’m skiing because it’s personal preference. I know you like your park skis stiff so you don’t want something too soft so that you have response and drive
Anyone selling you a boot that's "park-specific" is completely talking out their ass. The best boot for park, or any other discipline, is the boot that fits your foot, in the flex that you need.
