Replying to Revolt 104, reckoner 102 or other?
Hello! I am looking to buy new skis for almost purely park. I am 6’1 and better skier outside the park than in the park. Comfortable with 540’s on decent size jumps but prefer rails. So far during this season I have been using vishnu wets which i love on rails but not so much on jumps where I feel that they ski to short. It is time to retire them as the edges are cracking as well as getting dented, also tips are starting to delam.
I am looking for something where i can keep some of the ease and fun on rails and for butters but that are more stable on jumps. At the same time I have been looking at something wider.
Skis I have been using (all of them felt like i could size up)
K2 poacher 184: Super good but kinda boring for slow speed.
Old B-dog 182: Fun but a bit heavy maybe, overall i liked them
Line TWP 179(?) liked them but even more boring then poachers for slow speed imo. (My skiing has developed a lot since though)
Skis I have been looking at:
völkl revolt 104 (188): seems a lot what I am looking for. How does it compare in stiffness s to the skis I have been using? How is the durability?
K2 reckoner 102 (184): Would i think these would feel to short as i do with the vishnus? Also afraid that they may be to soft.
Bentchetler 100 (188): Have tried them but not for park too much, how does the edges hold up? Will it be to boring for slow speed?
Would probably like magnus 102 but can’t justify the price with fees here in europe.
Any input or other skis I should consider?
