ronders_Best of luck dude. Idk about fasting after surgery though. Your body kinda needs the food in order to rebuild the damaged tissues. Protein especially. not eating anything is gonna slow down the healing process cause your body is trying to conserve energy.

This typically takes 72hours of Dry Fasting. Once the pancreas stops secreting hormones into the blood, that's when Stem Cells Flood the Blood.
But I hear you. I'll do what feel right. And my parents will be taking care of me, so I doubt I'll die on the couch with them home and a kitchen full of food.

while I know dry fasting is what you’d prefer to do during your recovery, maybe just a very restricted diet is better? The book Exotoxins: The Taste That Kills was pretty helpful for me, idk if you’d be into that though.

SuspiciousFishCheck out Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth as well. Its basically like tiny scrubbers that clean out all the putrid crap from your intestines. Prob good to do at the start of a fast cycle to clean yourself out.

Every single person who told me to get Surgery Bc I'm gunna Fuck My Knee.

YOU WERE CORRECT.
I was wrong.

Here's what I've learned:
The State of Human Regeberation is much further Away than I had any conscious knowledge of. The State of Regeneration is a Foodless State. A Raw Vegan Diet won't get you Regeneration. Fruitarianism won't do it. Juice Fasting won't do it. Water Fasting won't do it. Dry Fasting will. But it's a larger amount of Dry Fasting than Societal Economic Obligations Would easily Permit. You'd have to be in a pretty good position with your finances in order to accomplish the amount of Dry Fasting That I estimate it would take. Even a 20 Day Straight Hard Dry Fast won't 100% fix my Homie's Tendon in his foot. It drastically helps. But it didn't fix it all. Plus to Add, the Dry Fasting Needed to enter such a state of Regeneration would take INTENSE amounts of Emotional & Spiritual Determination. (Try not eating or drinking for even just 48hours. You'll see what I mean.) You'd have to essentially become a Stage 3-4 Breatharian, meaning Eating 1-2x a week of only Fruit or No Food at all for even longer periods.

(Yes, I understand y'all prolly can't even believe what I'm saying. That's fine. If you're truly interested please Do research, I suggest starting with "Man's Higher Consciousness" by Hilton Hotema & "The Pheonix Protocol" by August Dunning.)

So I just wanted to let ya'll know because I know y'all gunna wanna hop on this and scream I told you so. Because ya'll did. And I was more interested In seeing the limits of Regenerative Detoxification. I will say, I am going to be doing at bare minimum of 1 long term dry fast post Surgery. After experiencing the benefits of my 4 & 1/2 day Dry Fast I started on New Years, I see clearly that it would be clever to hop on that train again especially after the trauma of a surgery.
