Anybody tried swix moly flouro wax?

I tried this at the begining of the season actually, did not much care for it. Get Purl wax.. way better all-condition option

I raced nordic through middle and high school, get some hi-flouro too, pricey-er but its a lot of fun if you put a layer of this wax on, then brush a bit of the hi-flouro on top after you scrape

also note that its a rub on, if you try to iron it in it'll be fucked and you barely need any

I read about toko jetstream. The original bloc 1 had like 1200 times more flouro toxins than was supposed to be legally allowed at the time. I think jestream bloc 2 and bloc 3 have less flouro in them or possibly even flouro free because i havent seen anything about flouro written on the boxes. You can still find original toko jestream bloc 1s on like ebay for like 100$ for 10 grams or something which is pretty crazy. But yeah if you were an xc skier flouro overlays like jetstream were basically performance enhancing drugs.



it would be cool to try them out on alpine skis and taste the deliciousness.

i would start on low heat, then gently warm the flouro bloc up until it liquified and impregnated the freshly waxed invaginations of the smooth sintered ski base...
