Try being 38. What was tolerable to say, joke about when I was a teenager, is no longer tolerable, and while I do stand by the push for women’s rights, sexual preference, religion, politics and a lot of others, I’ve had to make changes in what and how I say things, and while for the better I guess, my comedy and fun level has dropped,a lot of what I consider harmless jokes and fun are now out the window.
I’m actually amazed at the number of people who laugh when I go to comedy shows, and I go to a lot 5-10 a year, but I’m never surprised by the one person who goes bonkers at each show, people need to get a grip, feels like we’re on a one way train to sissyville, I mean you paid to come here and laugh for fucks sake.
Also, I think weastcoast is from the pgh area like me…. Us yinzers have a habit of rubbing folks the wrong way 🤷🏼♂️ Don’t fuckin mean to just the way it is.
