Rainbow Rails

What the frick is the deal with them, I'm always scared to hit them. Is there any trick to it, do you have to lean back a bit on the up section or do you just blast it

The first time you hit it is a little scary but what I find helps is getting a lot of speed and popping hard so you really only slide/tap the peak of it. Then from there you can get more comfortable and go in with less speed to slide more of it.

If you have decent speed and pop a bit onto the rail you will probably end up landing on the top part or the start of the down. At that point its basically a normal rail and with enough speed you will only be on it for a short amount of time.
