last year it was sick, and this year they added a zaugg pipe cutter, and are gonna put a pipe above nor easter terrain park

actually there not putting a pipe above the noreaster terrain park. there going to put a second super pipe down on bull run. its to the skiers left of the two base quads. it will be right in front of the sitting bull lounge. should be a sick location. the park will be improved upon last years layout.

from certain 'sources' of mine *cough* PAUL */cough* Okemo sucked as usual today. Hopefully they'll actually learn to build tables this year that arent deathtraps, as I'm sick of riding the goddamned pipe all day with the rest of the crew.

it was bulletproof last weekend. no hits. extremely skied off. they should have something up for this weekend, a couple rails i'm betting. the pipes are going to make it for okemo this year. andy shut your trap, stop whining. tj, go sunday. killington on saturday.

Hey I'm steve, I'm a native from ludlow and if any of you know paul hes pretty much like a brother to me and I know andy (fagot;) from a party at a guys house in Burlington. Paul and I are starting Rusty Hill Productions (Rusty hills my porno name), its going to be a ski and snowboard movie. Try to make the first movie to kinda cross both lines and make an atleast minor wave. Finding good snowboards will be a piece of cake, but I dont want to have more boarders than skier, strictly 50/50. So I'm trying to find as many good skiers as I can. So if you guys wanna film sweet, if you could get some freinds you think are good awesome. I'll be filming it all and will quickly learn why they call me 'skunk' (I always got plenty and i sure as hell will have a bunch up on the mountain). If any one has got ideas about shots for movies or anything tell me, thanks.

yah, you should build a jump over the demo center at the sugar shack. i dont remember the exact specs, but as i recall, one could be made over it.

next weekend I would like to make a trip up to burlington satuday mourning to film if okemo is blowin goats that day. I figure burlitngton always has the shit that ludlow doesnt have so they must have some sweet rail or somethin up there. I will probably drive, just gota clear it with the higher powers, you guys know how it is. On the way back i'll probably fo straight to a party in min new hampshire (springfield) so if anyone wants to go to that i'll give ya a lift. If anyone has any questions i'm usually online, I only have AIM though. SN is bluntasticjive. Peace

yea...but don't get excited about jackson gore...it sucks ass. it's all freakin intermediate cruisers...which is one thing that okemo didn't need any more of. they may call them diamonds..but their wide and not that steep....sucks my ass.

jackson gore is less than i thought it would be. but it's still neat. looking back at okemo is the weirdest feeling.

What kind of a set up do you okemo dudes got goin?

here's the lowdown bud, i'm there pretty much every weekend-

the upper superpipe- perfectly cut daily, 19 ft walls about 400 ft long, don;t quote me on that

new lower superpipe- on bull run at the bottom, it's a great pipe, but the original upper pipe is better and has a lift

the superpipe park- starts out w/ the most drastic s-rail ever, (pretty much 2 c-rails put together) then to a shit rainbow, to a 10ft to 15ft downkink. then into a 30 ft double bar flat rail. 2 small rails at the bottom, then into the 22 ft QP.

the Nor'easter Park- you can hit 8 tables in successtion if you rage the park, most can be good, but make sure you get your speeds dialed in b/c you can over or undershoot them. i reccomend hitting the bottom hip jump which is now about 60 ft if you want to clear it as a table, the kicker boosts you into the atomosphere. in this park there is 2 rails, flat 12 ft. and a 35 ft rollercoaster (2 rainbows) looks like this ^u^u

there's also a skiercross course on Blind Faith in the south face area, it's fun. Also a mini park by the sugarhouse, OKEMO IS COOL, gothere an say hi to the Aussies that run the lift at the pipe. Have fun, you won't be disappointed

i agree with malczyc. i go up every weekend and okemo is fuckin awesome. park is great, pipes r good. all around i luv it.
