ski_joetotally agree man, slvsh is a much better way to decide the "best" skier. Where the x-games uses judges and their opinions slvsh simply decides on if you can do the trick or not, much more variety and skiing content, plus a good amount of the skiers in the x-games this year have been in slvsh too.
BradFiAusNzCoCaJoss said SLVSH was broke and he doesn’t know what the future looks like when he was on Simon Dumont’s podcast
stinky_cheesewhy did he say it was broke? i'm very curious

ctepasThis years x games was some peeeeeen. I think that within the next year svlsh could be the new xgames. its more personable, better test of who is a better skier (depending on the cup/ park) and theirs no stupid sponsors. Wendys doesn't own the knuckle huck and jeep ain't done a thing but throw money at xgame

sqeellicbicEhh I disagree. Slvsh doesn't necessarily prove who's better because you can have two different skiers with totally different styles. Imagine a slvsh game of vinny vs magnus. Both of them can call stuff that is unique to their style that the other won't be able to do. And if slvsh is replacing xgames (hypothetically), you can bet that it'll get way more competitive and they'll be calling those obscure tricks.
Personally, I like watching slvsh way more than xgames, but I don't think slvsh is a good measure of who's the better skier.
