Dalbello Il Moro MX 110 Flex Control

I've used my Il Moro's a few times now and I find them too soft. I noticed in the back there is a piece that says Soft and Hard and they are currently in the soft position. I understand this will change the boot flex. Is it just a simple allen key twist or is there anything else I need to do to convert them from "Soft" to "Hard".

Just the allen key. It’s not a huge ramp up in stiffness but is noticeable. If your a competent skier there’s not much point being in the soft mode
