Zipline goggles

Am I crazy or do these look exactly like Oakley Line Miners? How is Oakley allowing them to do this? It’s not like Zipline is some unheard of company.

Literally identical apart from the absent oakley logo on the left side and the top of the goggle. Now I'm thinking I wasted my money on line miners just for the oakley logo...

I just saw an article last week where 100% sued some other goggle company for copying the top bump of their goggle frames. It would depend if Oakley has a "registered design" (Copywrite? not a lawyer), If so I can see this becoming a legal thing.
