Replying to Got my pole stuck in a tree today

It's the 2 skip, we're all coming down towards the bottom of the chair where I'm gonna grab my bag and rip to the car. My buddy in front of me throws his pole up and over the hanging slow sign but misses the catch. Here's my time to shine, throw it, up and over looking good and boom snagged by a branch and gets stuck. Our whole group posts up on the cat track and starts throwing sticks at it trying to knock it down. We hit it a few times but only get it more stuck before 2 ski patrollers show up. Patrol is cool af and joins our little party and decides to help us with traffic and then starts throwing sticks themselves. 45 mins later and a bunch of laughs and pole is still in the tree and a 3rd patroller comes through and is so angry at us and especially the other 2 patrollers for helping us. 3rd patroller made us leave and clean up all the sticks on the cat track. What dumb things have you done at the mountain like this
