Smaller ski brands that makes accessories and soft goods?

Hello!
I'm getting back into skiing after a few years hiatus, and just realized that I'm in need of a lot gear, so I'm looking to buy a few things:
-new gloves/mittens
-a buff
-poles
-goggles
-hoodie
-fleece jacket/pullover
-good ski socks

And I would love to encourage some smaller brands, ideally some eco-friendly company. It's the perfect time to plug your friend's brand or your local ski company!
