I’ve been wanting to throw a front flip for awhile and with the amount of snow we’re getting I finally want to huck one into the powder. I used to do them all the time as a kid so I know what the rotation feels like but my question is what skis should I have on my feet? My two choices are pretty much prodigy 1.0 or meridian 107. Should I worry more about the weight on my feet or the stability for landing?
I have no idea just wanted to add that you should probably throw front flips last at the end of the day because learning front flips is inevitable shin bang.
Bro the skis don’t matter pick ur favorite and send it. True what the other guy said tho, ur shins gonna be hurting a lil from landing so backseat the first couple times. I’d lower your dins before u send it to try and minimize the shin bang.
Also kick one foot back and up it’s gonna feel weird but it’ll help you get the rotation at first. Look up a tutorial on that style of front flip there are tons. I’d just search up damedog flip on skis something will prob come up.
