Removing tracks off old volkls

I scored a free pair of some shitty old Volkl Supersports that someone was gonna throw out and figured I’d make some shot skis or something. I got the bindings off but there’s still these black tracks that the binding go on that I’d like to remove if possible. I tried chiseling them off but they have these little plastic rivet things and I ended up screwing up the top sheet. Any ideas on how to get these off with minimal damage? Or should I just leave it as is?
