Anyone have a file I could use for the hole pattern for a Look Pivot jig? I have a 3D printing class and my professor let’s use 3D print whatever we want... I figured it would be helpful to make a jig since I self mount my skis
I think someone made a 3d printed jig recent and made a thread in GT but I cant find it. I'd recommend starting out with the pdf files of the hole pattern that are available from the Binding Freedom website and modeling up something yourself. Or even just a printed drill guide with a counterbore that would allow you to fit a commonly available metal bushing in. Would be a little easier starting point and quite useful if you are already familiar with mounting your own skis and likely more compatible with the bed size of most printers. Would allow you to more quickly fine tune press fit sizes on a smaller and faster print as well. somethiing along the lines of this:

Here's a wetransfer link for the dxf version of the pdf paper template you can get off the binding freedom website: https://we.tl/t-8ALh8K1sa8
It's not as clean as it could be as its just a straight conversion from pdf to dxf, so its carried the lineweights, but it shouldnt take much for you to clean it up to serve as the basis for your jig
