ericformanBacon if your throwing a ton of tricks and landing switch else I think the vision 108 is a slightly better option since it’ll be a bit lighter on the skin track and has a mount set back a lil bit more. But either would be a killer setup. You’ll def have way more fun than people on 1300 gram flat tailed skis. What boots you have will impact your ability to walk uphill way more than 200grams on a ski or whatever probably.
Im riding a pair of full tilt ascendants, i enjoy riding switch when i can and also like to think i have a surfy eric pollard inspired skiing style. The bacons seem like the perfect option for that kind of skiing. The outlines also seem like a good ski but obviously they’re a bit wider and heavier. I really like the idea of having convex tips and tails for easier turn initiation. Also considering the JJ UL for that reason
