Replying to Size 12.5 shoe 30.5 boot. Wide feet, need a park boot

i’ve been riding 2014 full tilt booters up until i tried to get new skis mounted and the guy refused as he said my boots were so worn that no one would mount them. i bought the full tilt descendant 100s. they’re supposed to be the widest fit and the maximum size full tilt goes to is 30.5. they don’t fit. and it doesn’t make sense. my booters are more roomy, and i’m pretty sure they’re 29.5s. What boot should i get?
