K2 had something real good going with the poachers. I don’t like the new tip or graphic that much but I do like the bright orange bottom like the reckoners. The poachers needed a change from the yellow for the past 3 years. On the other hand the 2021-2022 reckoners look amazing.

Pretty certain it’s just a new graphic. Seeing how popular the ski has been recently they have no reason to change it. I’ve rode the poacher the last 3 years and won’t be buying this one.

And no...the ski dimensions, shape, tip, rocker or whatever else you could think changed about the ski is exactly the same.
Sure am glad I managed to snag the 2021's, but damn they are still a great ski. If you are considering the poacher next year don't let the top sheet turn you off, they are a blast!

FWIW, the new poacher is one of my favorite K2 graphics of the past few years.

Don’t hate on Brad he’s doing shit different people!! I personally love that K2 has bright, polarizing graphics again. For a while they were sort of meh. Good graphics should create discussion like this, if a graphic is boring it’s just boring. Period. If a graphic is good, there are gonna be haters. That’s how you know you’re doin it right!!

Gotta agree with you here. The fact that we are talking about it means that they did something right. Just because it isn't for one person doesn't mean nobody is going to like it!

I don’t have a picture but I saw a clip on ig and the bottoms looked similar to the Reckoner 102. Atleast I think they were the new poachers, looked like them shape and top sheet wise.

Partially correct. This isn’t a production graphic but something we made just for fun when we were first working with Jeremy. We made them for an event that we had at K2.
There’s 5 pairs floating around the world but they are long gone.
