Wait what the fuck? 700 for a day? That's absurdity. Anyway, if I were you, and we're pretty close actually, I suck at park, I'd find a nice low to the ground fat tube to practice on. Hike it over and over for practice, and you will get better. Practice popping to 90 degrees on flat ground and putting weight on your downhill foot. That weight distribution is extremely unnatural at first and you will likely slide out the back, but then you'll get it. Wear like 3 layers of sweatpants for cushioning and a hoodie. You will likely find people are very supportive since you're trying to get better. There's no magic code, it's a leap of faith. You've got this.
