Replying to Interested in Videography Please Help Get Me Started

Ahhh, yet another skier who had a potentially season ending injury and is now interested in photography/videography. So yeah, I broke my collarbone the other day and I'm pretty much immobilized. The surgeon said I shouldn't be skiing hard until at least March but I'm pretty confident I could safely go skiing with my friends as a full time filmer for them during the latter half of February. Obviously wouldn't be hitting any features and there's no part of this mountain that I would be going on where I'd be even remotely concerned about falling so I've kind of ruled the risk part of this idea out. I'm thinking about pairing my friend's iPhone (don't remember which model but I know it's got one of the best cameras) with some sort of gimbal. Tell me what you think and drop any tips or thoughts below. Thanks!!
