Short poles

i feel like i look stupid when i use the right size poles when spinning and holding them out horizontally. i usually don’t use poles but i want to try using short ass poles, i usually use poles from the rental shop that are probably like 46-50inch, what size should i use for optimal non-stupid looking skiing? idrk the actual sizes of them but it goes by height and color.

Just take some from your mountains lost and found some shops have 10$ pole bins too

If you go too short you can be more likely to stab yourself. Mine are at my waist or slightly below.

I personally stopped using poles last year. Too afraid of stabbing myself and landing on them. But I had ones a little lower than my waist and I really enjoyed them.

I use poles half the time 40 inches is best for me
