95 brakes fit everything up to a 108, easily. if you're paranoid get something sharp/sandpaper and cut/sand off some of the plastic on the inside brake so it doesnt rub against your edge but the ski itself will eventually do it. pivot brakes dont go much inward when engaged so you're good
Go as skinny as you can. You can almost always find someone that wants to trade wide brakes for less wide brakes but very hard to do they other way around
Also depends on if your shop will mount them. Shop I went to would not mount a 95 pivot on a 106 ski. The 115 seems to be perfectly fine though, so no complaints
BillyfromPhillyDo you think the extra 9mm (I guess 4.5mm on either side) will stick out much to affect anything when the ski is on edge?
I’m used to using ~90mm waist skis with 95mm brakes. But for whatever reason, when I use my wider park skis (106 waist, 115 brake width) my brakes will catch on eachother when I ride with my feet really close together (how I usually ride and try to land tricks).
I’ve never had major issues with it, but it’s a little unsettling when I feel a little catch when I’m skiing into a feature and I have to give my feet a quick pull apart to “unstick” them.
I will say, my (pivot) brakes are a little bent out now, but I remember this happening as soon as I started using the wider skis/brakes.

Nope it would most definitely not. I swear I’ve said this like 9 times but for OP:
95 fits up to 108mm with no bending. The way that the brakes are designed, they don’t come up and then in towards the center of the ski, like a Griffon or an Attack. All they do is come up, which means if they’re too wide, they can catch each other and stick out too much. Go 95, I have a 95 on a Jeffrey 108 with 0 problems.

I have 115s on k2 marksman which are either 106 or 108 and I have no issues skiing park or pow on them
I'd run the 95 and just stretch the brakes a bit. Nothing is worse than riding switch and catching a brake because its too wide. Saying from personal experience.
