How do I not over rotate and land backseat?

Are you flipping with your hips and spotting your landing? If you just throw your hands back hard you're going to be completely out of control. It would help if you had a video but thats what i'm guessing is happening.

Ill get a video next time I go skiing, but im flipping with my hips because I got coached at snowgression before it was closed and felt confindent doing them, but then I skipped a ski season and am having a hard time getting back into things.
CLQAre you flipping with your hips and spotting your landing? If you just throw your hands back hard you're going to be completely out of control. It would help if you had a video but thats what i'm guessing is happening.

Sounds like a commitment issue since its been awhile. You are throwing it a little to hard to make sure you dont under-rotate and thus are over rotating. Take a deep breath and initiate it a bit calmer,
