How to 720

I recently learned how to 540 and wanted to go for a 720 but was wondering how much harder it is and what I should do to help get the extra spin around? Thanks in advance.

Learn how to do a 540 with some grabs (maybe spinning both directions) and you will have a much nicer time learning 7s

I just set like a hucked 5 and keep the head moving and with more speed then I think I’d need

If you have a 5, you have a 7. I guarantee it. Just throw a bit harder and don’t open up when you’re completing the 3.
