Yung_GnarleyI can maybe help. I mowed lawns for 3 summers back in HS to go to Windells. It was one of the most fun, memorable weeks of my life and it felt really good having my hard work pay off. Your skiing will progress if you have that mindset; big time. They put you into groups based on your ability level, so you're all working on similar stuff and they'll assign you a coach, who is always someone insanely good at skiing. Imagine an entire week with Ahmet Dadali (my coach, for example) where he will help you with literally anything you want. It's eye-opening. Also, they'll film some tricks of yours and do a video review which is something I never did before. I skied for a week in the summer which was awesome, but what I really cherished was meeting so many people in this community and feeling like I was really part of it.
swagmasterflexWhat up ns, so live in NJ and would say I'm a pretty decent park skier. I normally ski December through early March and that's about all I get for a season here so skiing in June/July at such a dope park sounds awesome. I just don't know if it's worth it though. Can anyone give me some insight on their experience with Windells and why it might be worth it for a skier from NJ whose best trick is a k fed to fly all the way to Oregon?
