Best Waterproofing for snow/rain gear

Anyone know what the best waterproofing stuff is for snowpants, jackets, and such? I know they make stuff for leather gloves, but I was wondering if they made something for fabrics that I could just apply to a set of snow pants

NikWax makes stuff designed to apply itself when you wash/dry your outerwear. It goes in with the jacket/pants and sort of renews the waterproof coating.

yeah i use NikWax for jackets etc

for gloves and boots etc, i use the spray can version of Sno Seal, the stuff people use to waterproof work gloves like Kincos. i can't comment on how the spray version of Sno Seal works compares to the wax application Sno Seal because i don't fall

Nix wax wash in waterproofer works great, just get the bundle with the tech wash and follow the instructions.

I used Nikwax TX Direct for my ski pants last spring and I also used their leather wax on my kincos and both seem to be doing great
