Hey all, just wanted to post an update on the ACL/meniscus journey. I blew up my knee in February and have been grinding it out in the gym ever since. A few days ago I finally retuned to snow and got some ultra mellow park laps in. I definitely don't have the confidence I did pre-injury, but I feel pretty good about working my way back to where I was. There's still a bit of pain and stiffness, and crashing the wrong way definitely sucks, but we back on snow and it feels damn good.
To anyone that's gone through it, how long did it take to no longer notice the bad knee? Does crashing certain ways still hurt? To anyone else that is currently injured/going through PT, feel free to ask questions!
