WoFlowzCan I ask what part of the knee hurts I had a similar situation about a week ago and might be able to point you in the right direction.

WoFlowzOk so like top and sides around your knee cap. You have a ligament going from the sides above it then under it. Basically what my doctors said was to rest and don’t go back to skiing until there isn’t any pain with those movements. They also recommended pt/working out. Squats, lunges, side lunges, calf raises, and band exercises will all help you strengthen that part of the knee to prevent injury. Also do band exercises that strength your hips a lot of knee injuries happen because your hips aren’t strong enough and it puts most of the force in the knee.
