3 swap help

I’ve only ever done a couple clean back 3 swaps but when I do them I pretend I’m going to almost 540 in terms of my head direction and then it just kinda comes around. Also helps if you’re pedaling with both feet instead of just first one. Idk tho 3 swaps are so fucked even on kinked rails. If you can do them on just a normal rail or tube then you’re cracked.

Word i will try the both foot pedal thing, never thought of that. I think i could totally bring the 3 swap around since i could do the 2 pretty easily so id just have to add a 90. Just hard to spin fast enough.

I feel you. Also weird but if you kinda delay the swap almost (ie don’t let your feet leave the rail immediately, rather let them pedal a little first and get 90 degrees of the rotation out of the way, then hop) it makes it easier. If you slow down a lot of videos of 3 swaps, you can see that the skis never leave the rail as soon as the spin starts, this kinda lets them whip around less distance and quicker while your head and shoulders get a head start.
