What's up ns fam, so as we all know it's the holidays which means packed resorts, so as a ski instructor it's been stupid busy. That being said I've been working/free riding on breaks and nights (gotta have my fun too) for the last 2 weeks straight and I've developed some intense shinbang. So I was just wondering if anyone has any healing remedies or advice in anyway. Thanks!
Ye it should be called calf bang cause its probs from squeezing your calves and stressing your knees on backseat landings. Its counter intuitive but best you can do is either lean into the pain or take 5 days off with stretching and light leg exersizes.
