Replying to Has Anybody Else Had This Issue?
I was skiing a week ago and was feeling great on my skis. That is until I did a nosebutter and popped out. When I released I had this super sharp pain that’s relatable to bad shin bang. I skied it off and did some more runs without much notice to the issue. The next morning I woke up and my lower leg around my Fibula and the muscle in that area (outside of leg) was super sore. I was having cramps on my ankle and slight pain to the area. But walking was fine. I gave it a day and decided to go get an X-Ray. I didn’t break anything (which is good) but there was still a little pain. Me, not thinking, decided to hit up the mountain after getting the clear and on my first run I had a few issues but nothing serious. Next run though... that was serious pain and it hurt so bad I had to go home after 3 runs. It’s been a week now and it feels good so I decided to pop into my boots and try some “tests” to see if the pain was still there. It was mostly gone and I should be good for when I go up Thursday but I can still feel it a little bit when I go really far backseat. Anyone else had/have this issue? Any thing I should do? What happened to you if you had it?
