Hey y'all, like everyone else i'm looking for a new park ski/ something I can rip all over the mtn for this year. I've been riding on edollos since 2014, had three pairs or so over the years and absolutely loved them. Im always riding them center mounted at the longest length (im 6'2), love to rip park but also rip around the whole mtn (like everyone else). Anyways, my biggest reason for switching it up is that i want to try something w a tad less width, something that'll rip carves and make my turns actually feel like turns, and something that has a fast swing for rails & big booters. Also wouldn't mind a stiffer ski.

What do I dooooo!?

If you want to really rip carves and want a stable stiffer ski, get the Poacher. Thing is a fucking beast. It’s super stable on big comp jumps and with a little effort you can ski new wave on it too (butters, surface swaps, generally acting like a hooligan). It’s heavier than most other options but the swing weight isn’t much more noticeable. Inb4 “weight equals swing weight,” when you hold the skis in your hand they might feel heavier than a Faction CT 1.0, but in the air on your legs they don’t feel nearly as heavy.

I agree with what the other dude said poachers but if you want something a little wider that can still rip the park k2 marksman would be the choice if your skiing more soft snow when your not in the park and reckoners if it’s firmer but they’ll still hold their own in the soft snow. Also how tall are you and how much do you weigh and do you want a rly quick snappy ski or stiffer but still responsive

ON3P Magnus 90 will be stiff, fast, fun, durable and you'll look sick as frick ripping around on them. Poachers arn't a bad suggestion either, but I think that ON3P is the best of the best.

I’d argue for a Jeffrey 96 buts great suggestion. OP definitely check ON3P out

I much prefer the Jeffery 96 or Magnus 102, but OP was asking about a thinner ski than the DOLLOS which are I believe 96 underfoot

If you’re looking for carving, the revolt 95s carve pretty well. Twig even mentions it in his roofbox review. I’ve found them to feel nice enough to lay it over in turns. The side cut is a pretty odd shape that allows for a lot of grip

Just thinking out loud here but 98 to 96 isn’t a huge difference. I was just reading through this again and I thought of the ARV86. You mention skinnier, low swing weight, good for rails and jumps, and a bit stiffer. Maybe the ARV86 is more what you’re looking for than the 96. Apparently, Henrik has been riding the ARV86 lately because of his knees. But 86 could be too skinny depending on where you are.
