i bitched out and slowed down before the lip but i think i had the rotation ok? more speed more spin i’m assuming, but lmk what else i’m doing wrong

you set the rotation too early, Be more patient. Also more spin less flip. The actual motion in the air should feel more like a 7 than a flip.

Can't cork 7 myself but I'd say you should look where you're spinning especially towards the end to not stall out. It looks like with a bit more air you would have gotten it.

Actual tip here - just looks like you tucked too early and only brought it to 5, seen this exact sequence on tramp alot. Focus on keeping ur shins against the tongues of ur boots and tuck once you hit 360. You got it
