That rainstorm beat the shit out a ton of northeast mountains. It looks like at least a couple weeks of bulletproof ice while the mountains work on resurfacing all their trails. I guess it's time to go back to skateboarding and mountain biking till then.

what this guy said. i know some places up in new england aren’t doing too well but some of the high country in the appalachians and poconos aren’t half bad now

We had some good ice forming on Lake Champlain, it’s all gone. Bush and Bolton have had great conditions the past couple weeks and we didn’t even get much from that big storm. I saw 59 degrees yesterday in Colchester. Depressing.

Nah Poconos are ruined after this rain and heat. Literal ice sheets now. Compares to last weekend where they got like 15+in and tons on natural coverage to this weekend where entire trails are melting. Not good, luckily this cold punch gonna help this weekend/week

Just lost most of the 2 and a half feet of snow from the last snowstorm thanks to the rain 😪. Even had a stream flowing in my backyard from all the snow melting on Christmas.

My home hill got hit worse with the rain and didn’t get as much snow from the storm compared to how much there was at my house. The adk’s are hurting real bad right now.

For real tho had no major warmups so all the natural snow sticked until the thaw in the spring. Allowed HV to build a fun park even with covid cuts and Upper management giving them not a ton of freedom.
